Return and cancellation policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a 14 days window, starting from the delivery of the last item, and extended over weekends and holidays.
Order cancellations are only possible before the order is fulfilled.
To start a return or a cancellation, you can use your Cocomoino account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returns, you will bear the cost of returning the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may to request a return or cancellation directly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend taking photographs of a damaged unopened package and its content on the day of reception.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
When you return a package, make sure that the content is well protected, in the same fashion as it was sent to you. May any damage happen due to your mishandling, we would deduct a fee from your refund.
To receive a refund, make sure that you send the package and the goods back within 14 days of requesting your refund with us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, including the initial postage fees you may have purchased, within 14 days or receiving your request for a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will bear the cost of returning the package.
