Summer break: delayed deliveries

Coco is on a summer break until the 1st of August. Deliveries for orders placed from now to the 1st of August will resume on the 4th of August. Feel free to use the ICANWAIT coupon code at checkout for 10% discount while you wait!

Usual dispatch and delivery times

After your purchase, please allow max. 3 days for your order to be dispatched.
I have no control over the transporter's processing times and can't guarantee them.

Usual delivery times (after dispatch):
  • France: 1-3 days
  • Europe and North America: 1-2 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks

Starting mid-December, around Christmas and New Year's Eve, delivery times are often affected and delays have to be expected. I do my best to reduce dispatch time.

Delivery fees and tracking

Your mail is always sent tracked from France, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your purchase is ready to be deposited. Delivery fees are always calculated for you at check-out, based on the following model:

Small packages: 20-100g

Typically stickers, cards, zines, etc.

  • France, metropolitan area, Andorra, Monaco, DOM and TOM: 4,50€
  • Rest of the world: 7,50€

Medium packages: 101-250g

Typically small to medium sized prints (up to A4), bundles of sorts, etc.

  • France, metropolitan area, Andorra and Monaco: 5,60€
  • DOM: 6,90€
  • TOM: 8,50€
  • Rest of the world: 13,60€

Larger packages: 251-500g

Typically A3 sized prints

  • France, metropolitan area, Andorra and Monaco: 7,90€
  • DOM: 9,90€
  • TOM: 13,50€
  • Rest of the world: 17,90€

Heavy packages: 501-1kg

If you buy lots of stuff!

  • France, metropolitan area, Andorra and Monaco: 9,90€
  • DOM: 14,90€
  • TOM: 20,90€
  • Rest of the world: 31,50€

Heavier packages: 1-2kg

If you buy even more stuff!

  • France, metropolitan area, Andorra and Monaco: 11,50€
  • DOM: 20,90€
  • TOM: 33,50€
  • Rest of the world: 31,50€

Customs, import taxes

Outside of the EU, you could be charged by the customs with taxes and/or duties. You are always responsible for paying them. Please inform yourself before ordering. I can't be held responsible for any incurring customs taxes, fees or delays caused by customs offices.
