This fun and affirming art print, "No spoons left for bullshit" will hopefully spark conversations among your friends, whether they are disabled, neurodivergent or not, and be a reminder of where you need to put your time and energy for the sake of our mental health!
The spoon theory is a practical communication concept in which a number of spoons are used as a metaphor for energy rationing. It can be used to help other visualize better our limits or boundaries.
Handmade + museum quality
I print in my home studio with archival pigment ink using a technique called giclée, in order to make my prints as vibrant and long-lasting as possible. I have selected for this poster a beautifully textured and heavy-weight paper.

The finest materials
Each piece is digitally printed by the artist herself with a technique called giclée, capturing the essence and vibrancy of her art. She sourced only materials from manufacturers replying to the highest standards of the industry, such as Hahnemühle. Archival pigment ink on museum grade (ISO 9706), acid-free and lignin-free paper allow each print, if treated well, to last a lifetime.
