A zine about C-PTSD, mental health, healing and collective care

I wrote this zine towards the end of a long CPTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) recovery journey. It struck me then that our trauma healing stories are often untold, as there is often so much shame and fear. But it is part of our story, of who we are.

This mental health affirmation & self-care booklet highlights the importance of our stories, of our survival: of being seen, and listened to, of collective care and peer support. Might our stories help forging a better future.
