Hi, I'm Coco, an autistic artist and writer... who could not sleep at night during most of my life. Life is really hard when insomniac, or when we simply don't get enough rest. It impacts both our physical and mental health, and our decision-making.

This 12 pages zine is dedicated to all of those who are or have been deprived from sleep. It is a short illustrated story about many issues I encountered with sleep, such as sleepwalking and night terrors. But ultimately, it explains what really helped me finally sleep decently again. It's been now 5 years that I can sleep decently, and it still keeps improving 💛

I hope it can offer some comfort or joy, for yourself or as a gift for your sleep deprived friends and loved ones.
